Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy To ensure fairness and respect for both clients and scheduling, the following policy is in place: Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Cancellation Fee: Late arrivals resulting in cancellation will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This fee helps offset the reserved time that could not be offered to another client. Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
